well, hen means very 很 gao xing means happy 高兴 you means again 又 jian dao means meet 见到 ni means you 你then adjust the sequence of the whole sentence according to english grammar that is hen gao xing you jian dao ni 很高兴又见到你 nice 2 meet/see u again to some degree, dao means something is happening when it doesn't follow with a specific time like tomorrow . if u want to know more about chinese you can email me [email protected] i' a student preparing for TOEFL ibt it must be perfect if we can learn sth. from each other

Hen gaoxing you jian dao ni = 很高兴又见到你 = It is very glad to see you again. In my opinion, '到' expresses a state which means 'have done' 'done' or 'have achieved' 'have got' 'have arrived', it can be combined with other words. For example, 学到, 来到, 听到, 看到, 找到。 In this case, it is 见到 which meas saw. Tense in Chinese is vague.

"dao" is like the grammer perfect tense.
