What means "can we rock it up"? This is all sentense: "Beautiful, the location looks great, can we rock it up there whenever we want for bonfires?"

I've got a slightly different comprehension. In your sentence someone admires the beautifulness of scenery and concerns about destroying its original appearance by making a bonfire. In that context "rock it up" means destruction or 'violation' of natural beauty.

I think Alex is on the right track. I think "rock it up" here means to build 'up' a wall of rocks around a bonfire. Making a bonfire pit with rock walls would definitely destroy the natural beauty of the location and the person asking the question would like to know if it is permitted. In some natural parks it is illegal to make bonfire pits.

The phrase you want is "can we rock it?" "Up there" is the location. I'd interpret it as meaning "have a party". The person is asking if it's isolated enough up there to not be disturbed if they have a party. Alternately, "rock it up" may mean make it cool, make it "rock n roll"... if the location is not cool enough. A third possibility: taking out the "it", you have "can we rock up there", "rock up" meaning to arrive. Eg. "When's old mate gonna rock up?" (and at this point I actually check 一's link)

Can we rock and roll? I think this is the right answer.
