How do you say in Hindi "where were you" or "Say where were you" ie bolna.... and "nowhere" and how do you say in Hindi... "how do you say"Thanks so much Pawan, you're a treasure for answering me back. So... why Kahi nahi and not kahan nahi? And bhi sounds strange cos it usually means also. Which way do you like to say best? And which way do you like best to say where were you? And so sorry but how do you say "where are you"?

where were you = Kaha thay tum ? or Tum Kaha Thay ? or also can be Thay kaha tum ? Say where were you = kaho tum kaha thay ? or Toh kaho ( say ) Kaha (where) Thay (were) Tum (you) nowhere = Kahi nahi oe kahi bhi nahi means no where, i hope i answered you well :) have a nice day :)
