Tongue twister is correct. One example in English is "how much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood? A woodchuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood".
Of course, in Spanish, "tres tristes tigres tragan trigo en un trigal" is great.
In Portuguese: "o rato roeu a roupa do rei de Roma"
