Formal Arabic:
Marhaban.....kayfa halok? مرحبا ، كيف حالك
Egyptian dialect:
ahlan (or salamu alaiku), Amel eh?

Soyer le bienvenue = marhaba=hello = hii - مــــرحـــبا - اهـــــلا بـــك
Haws veut ie allez = hows dahib = hows go = هاوس داهــــب
Remain a bit of time hows = Ikka baed el wakt = ابقـــــقى لبعض الوقـــت

{formally} :[Alhamd(u) lellah] or [bekhair] or both [Alhamd(u) lellah bekhair]
(الحمد لله \ بخير) (الحمد لله بخير)= fine .......Egyptian dialect : there r many... U can say(alhamdu lellah - bekhair - tamam(تمام) - kwaies(كويس) - zay elful(زىّ الفل ) ).....it's like the question of "choose the correct answer"....lol:P
U can choose what u want...all lead to the same meaning..... :P ^_-
