Is the pun "好酒不溅" instead of "好久不见" commonly used in China? Any examples of mandarin jokes, play on words?

I've heard of 好酒不见 in the daily life . but it's not commonly used.It often used when you are having a meal with someone whom you haven't seem for a long time. we use 好酒不见 to urge someone to drink.

好久不见 use of for long time no see of the friend meet and greet, I guess it does not belong to humor
好酒不溅 Like a proverb,he wanted to tell you is that good wine please don't waste,to understand humor, because this is goodwill and explain, but also can not reach the "Chinese humor" degree.
