There's a good pub beside here. Is this a correct sentence? Is there a collocation as 'beside here'?

No, it doesn't sound right. Instead, say: Is there a good pub around here? Or: Is there a good pub near here? In these sentences, you could optionally add "somewhere" or "anywhere" after the word "pub", to soften the tone, and leave it a bit more open to suggestions slightly farther away.

The sentence "There's a good pub beside here" is almost correct but sounds a bit awkward. The phrase "beside here" isn't a common collocation in English. Instead, it's more natural to use "near here" or "next to here" if you mean close by. So, a more natural sentence would be: "There's a good pub near here." "There's a good pub next to here." (only if the pub is directly beside a specific location you're referring to) In everyday English, "near here" is generally the best choice to express that something is in close proximity without being overly specific.

It is a good grammatical sentence so it is correct. Whether or not it is a collocation (used frequently) does not matter. You should not worry about what other people frequently say. The only thing that should concern you is whether or not the meaning of the sentence might ever make it useful to you. To answer that, look at the two meanings of the preposition "beside": 1. "next to" 2. "in addition to" or "other than" The possible meanings are thus 1a. Is there a pub next to here? (nextdoor, or perhaps across the street) 2a. Is there a pub other than this one? Both of those make sense to me. With additional context, those meanings could be clearly distinguished.
