Fascinated by the beauty of different cultures, I enjoy learning new languages, so as to have a deep insight into diverse art forms. Personally, I'm keen on classical music. Besides, I think learning Italian can help me to better understand the unique beauty of its phonology, as Italian is known as "The Language of Opera". Fascinated by the beauty of different cultures, I enjoy learning new languages for the deeper insight it gives me into diverse art forms. Personally, I'm keen on classical music. When I listen to (an) Italian opera, though touched by the elegant flow of notes and song, I always wonder what the actors might be singing about. Besides, I think learning Italian can help me to better understand the unique beauty of its phonology, as Italian is known as "The Language of Opera". Though it seems now like a challenge, I hope when I travel in Italy to be able to converse with the locals and appreciate the art by reading about it in its own language. I hope to do the same with German and English. Anyway, I have to improve my comprehensive English ability first! ... "Every time ... I always ..." is repetitive. Don't say "except" because it is an addition, not an exception. You don't have to say "actors and actresses" (though you can) because "actors" includes both. I must confess that I had to look up "phonology". It's not a word I hear much. I would have used a less technical phrase like "cadence and flow". I have personal dislike for the word "artwork". I think of it as a technical term used by people who work in the publishing industry. For works in a museum, I prefer "works of art" or simply "art". I'm not sure what the phrase "comprehensive English ability" is intended to mean. Buona fortuna!

I wonder if your writing might feel a bit more natural if you mixed things up a bit regarding the linking? Using linking phrases at the starts of sentences is fine, but it can become a bit repetitive if it's done all the time! I LOVE classical music. Every time I listen to Italian opera, AS WELL AS being touched by the elegant flow of notes and singing, I always wonder what THE actors and actresses are singing about. As Italian is known as "The Language of Opera", I ALSO think OPERA can help me to better understand the unique beauty of ITALIAN phonology . What's more, though it sounds difficult, I HOPE TO communicate with locals and appreciate ITALIAN artworks by directly reading Italian introductions when traveling in Italy.
