Objective truth (or reality) Something that is true regardless of personal feelings or opinions. It can be measured, tested, or observed by everyone in the same way. Subjective truth (or reality) Something that is based on personal beliefs, feelings, or experiences. It may be true for one person, but not necessarily for others. Examples: Objective truth Water boils at 100°C (212°F) at sea level. This is always true under the same conditions, no matter who you are. Subjective truth "Vanilla ice cream is the best flavor." That might feel absolutely true to you, but someone else might prefer chocolate. Simple Classroom Analogy: You can say: “Objective truth is like math—there’s one right answer. Subjective truth is like art—everyone sees it differently.”
