My name is Fanta, and I grew up with West African parents from Guinea and Senegal who immigrated to the United States. I was born and raised in New York City, which makes me a diverse soul. I love connecting with different cultures and learning about our similarities and differences. I'm a stay-at-home mom, wife, licensed esthetician, and Arabic language student, currently at A2 level. I also enjoy creating YouTube videos about my daily life, sharing beauty and wellness advice, and sharing my Arabic learning journey and language learning resources.

To ensure a wonderful language learning experience, I curate lessons that encourage my students to be confident in communicating in English. I'm a friendly, relaxed, fun, and understanding teacher. Feel free to grab your favorite snack or beverage during our lesson. The lesson that I provide is a wholesome experience that will maximize your English learning journey through people, history, food, music, beauty, wellness, nature, and more. I find joy in educating my students about the cultural norms, traditions, and values of different countries they may visit or move to. It will enhance the experience and avoid any cultural misunderstandings.My lessons & teaching style
We will work on building your vocabulary, understanding grammar rules, and verb conjugations, and building sentences that will result in the ability to manipulate words to express yourself and have beneficial conversations in English.
I intend to create a language learning safe space that consists of support, motivation, growth, and discipline. We can celebrate our progress together by having a fun movie night online, writing down in your language learning notebook new English words that stand out, or making a handmade beauty recipe while learning new words from the recipe instructions or ingredient list.My teaching material
