Daniel López

As this marks my 8th lesson with Daniel, I wanted to write a thorough and honest review of my experience so far. First and foremost, Daniel is the best tutor I've ever had, and it's your loss if you skip the chance to learn Spanish with him. Seriously. I always get a lot of anxiety speaking Spanish at all because my level is very low, but not with Daniel. He's incredibly encouraging and respectful regardless of your ability, and does a great job of checking comprehension every step of the way. When I have questions, his answers are very thoughtful and helpful, and for more complicated questions he even organizes short presentations. Speaking of which, he also has an abundance of well-organized self-made materials which are sooo helpful when I'm confused about a larger topic or don't know what to study next. Good vocabulary expansion tools too. I wish I could say more, but I'm out of space. In short, I highly recommend him as a tutor, and I'll let the rest speak for itself :^) adios

Daniel is such an awesome teacher !!!!

Daniel has been a great teacher for me over the past 20 lessons. He is patient and personable each time we get together and discuss conversational topics that are both right at my lever and still challenging. Even with changes coming to Italki, he was transparent and let us know the new things coming down the road. A+ Maestro!

Daniel speaks very clear, has patience, and stays focused. He helps a lot to clarify meaning and the nuances of usage of the words.

Daniel is a great teacher who is extremely patient and accommodating to your needs as a student. Each conversation we have provides me with more confidence in speaking Spanish. I’m never overwhelmed by the things I don’t know and it’s because I know Daniel cares about his students and that he genuinely enjoys what he does.

Great lesson with Daniel again today. He really creates a nice relaxed atmosphere for speaking Spanish, which is so important. He is an excellent teacher, flexible in his approach and an excellent listener. Very knowledgeable and can speak on a wide range of subjects. Look forward to more lessons soon.
