Harunori

I always enjoy my lessons, Harunori shares much about his society and culture. You get a 3D view of Japan it the language.

It felt like an normal lesson during course, not introductory lesson. Teacher didn't took into consideration my lack of skill, explained very little, and mostly expected repetition of a few sentences. He could be good chocie for someone more familiar with language, but for person only starting it was not greatest first lesson.

I've got a specific purpose for learning Japanese - a trip to Japan in 2 months. I have various blocks of sentences I'm learning. Small little scripts that I can put together. Harunori is also helpful with learning Japanese culture and some good tips for my upcoming trip. It is a pleasure and comfortable to have him on my learning journey, and he is comfortable that I'm self directed.

I had my first class with Harunori sensei, and it was fantastic! Time flew by while we were practicing conversation, and it felt so natural and engaging. The teacher was patient, encouraging, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

In this lesson we had a technical issue, this can happen with the internet and any technology. Harunori quickly fixed it and we both managed to carry on. A handy skill to have. As always, Harunori is very interested in my culture and my life, and I am obviously interested in Japan and his lifestyle within the country. There is one word for this, engaging.

Harunori is clearly passionate about teaching Japanese. He loves to share his culture. This happy passion rubs off on you and makes the learning experience so much more fun. You want to talk back to him in Japanese to return the favour.
