I’m a professional Japanese teacher for young learners with a lot of experience. I’ve taught in Taiwan and I’ve taught in many other environments. My policy is “no fun, no class”.
When you choose a language teacher, there’s one thing you should remember. Teaching adults and children is different. If you want your child to be a successful language learner, find a teacher who specializes in teaching children! Adults are determined to learn in a classroom, but children are not. They learn through fun activities and interactions.My lessons & teaching style
I will teach Japanese with songs and dances, and with the method, Japanese will stay in their memories forever. I will teach Japanese songs that Japanese children actually sing, and I will teach Japanese phrases that Japanese families actually use. Your children will learn Japanese easily with me, because I teach many simple and useful Japanese phrases in a fun way using toys to catch the children’s attention.
I teach Japanese using Japanese only. This is called the natural method and it’s an effective way for children to learn a language. I will also teach some important points about the Japanese culture.My teaching material

Chico Sensei is an absolutely wonderful teacher and we treasure our lessons with her. Even after more than a year of lessons together, the learning materials and games are new, engaging, and fun. Each lesson builds on previous lessons, so it's rewarding and exciting to see how much progress we've made together.

Chico Sensei's lessons continue to engage and delight us 10 months in. The material is presented in such a way that both the parent and child can participate and learn together. We always look forward to our lessons and the playful way in which materials are presented. We enjoy practicing the concepts at home between lessons. Chico Sensei has quickly become one of the most important figures in our daily lives and we are so grateful for her and all she brings to each lesson.

We continue to look forward to our lessons with Chico Sensei. She's always coming up with fun games and activities for us to practice our words and grammar. Our Japanese continues to improve and it's so exciting to see how far we've come. Sensei has become a big part of our family's life and we are so glad we are able to connect with and learn from her!
