Hello! My name is Marie-Claire, but you can call me Minnie.Me as a Teacher
My teaching philosophy is that: "people learn best when they are having fun". I think that most people learn the best when they are laughing and smiling. That's why I love to have high energy and make sure that you're having fun and definitely not falling asleep!My lessons & teaching style
I specialize in teaching grammar and accent reduction. I love grammar though more than that I love to teach it! I love teaching about the different kinds of verbs, the difference between a/an, the different kinds of plural pronunciations! You got a question, I can answer it! Minnie was very friendly, supportive, and great at keeping the conversation going. She took notes to track my errors, so she didn't have to interrupt me during the conversation, and it was helpful to go over those errors at the end of the lesson. Highly recommend!

Minnie does a great job with my 9-year-old. She has been teaching her for almost six months now. She keeps her engaged and is patient. Savannah is steadily learning and I am happy with her progress.
