Hey there :) My name is Sophia, I'm 25 years old and from the south of Germany. However, for the past two years, I have been living abroad and currently, I'm living in Barcelona where I'm finishing my Master's degree and studying Spanish. Languages have always been a big passion of mine! Besides German my native language I speak English and Italian and as I said I'm currently learning Spanish. Therefore I totally understand the problems that one encounters while learning a new language and I hope that I can help you to overcome them!

Me as a Teacher

I will try to adapt my lessons to your needs and wishes. Together we can find out what you are expecting from the lessons and I can create lessons tailored to your level and need. We can talk about any topic you are interested in and I will motivate you to only speak German. The most important thing for me is to create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable speaking without being afraid to make mistakes.

My lessons & teaching style

I'm convinced the best way to learn a language is by speaking it. Therefore, my lessons will focus on conversation. We can talk about any topic you want whether it is a specific book or movie, personal experiences, or your upcoming travel plans. If you want we can also read magazine articles about topics of your interest and discuss them during the lesson.
