はじめまして！My name is Asai, and I’m from Japan.
I worked for a food manufacturing industry for about seven years. Now, I work as a Japanese teacher.
My favourite：
1. I love travelling and have visited more than ten countries. I like to learn greetings and simple phrases to communicate with the local people. I also like trying local food and exploring historical buildings including ruins.
2. I also love reading. I enjoy taking a book to a local café and relaxing with a coffee.
3. Watching films is another one of my favourite things.Me as a Teacher
I am a certified Japanese teacher with a national qualification. I have over 10 years of experience teaching Japanese in Japan, Taiwan, and the Dominican Republic.
Language learning can be done alone. But lessons are a chance to actually talk a lot with a native Japanese. That's why I provide lots of opportunities to speak Japanese in my lessons.My lessons & teaching style

Usually I teach Japanese using the direct method. Learning Japanese in Japanese allows you to hear and speak a lot of Japanese during class.

I've had several sessions with Asai-sensei and in each lesson I always end up feeling accomplished. I went from total beginner to now being able to hold a conversation. I appreciate her professionalism and her dedication to teaching. I can clearly see that she cares about her students' learning. She is so warmhearted and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning Japanese.
