Hello and welcome! My name is Romain, I am from Lille, France.
💬 I have always been fascinated by foreign languages and cultures. After learning English and Italian at school, I learned Spanish and Portuguese by myself 🇫🇷🇬🇧🇪🇸🇮🇹🇧🇷 I continue to be interested in languages such as Latin, German and Chinese.
🎒 I love traveling and I will always have a travel anecdote to tell you!
🎨 I am passionate about art history and I love to share my passion. I have worked in museums and as a tour guide in Florence and Venice!Me as a Teacher
🇪🇸🇩🇪 I started teaching as an assistant teacher in Spain and then in Germany, where I taught in public schools.
🧑🎓 I then graduated from the Alliance Française (DAEFLE diploma), where I studied the latest pedagogy for language teaching.
🧑🏫 I now have over 4 years of experience and have given over 3000 lessons to hundreds of students on various online platforms!

This was a very nice first session. I enjoyed talking with Romain! He is very kind and shared a lot of interesting facts about Spaced Repetition, French media, and some funny conversation questions. I have been taking conversation classes since last summer and earlier this year started with some art history classes, which have been excellent. One of my primary reasons to learn French has been to access art history resources in the language, and these classes have been the perfect stepping stone. They are well-organised and have covered a lot of my favourite artists and time periods. As always, Romain is well-prepared and engaging!
