Hello. My name is Lauri. I have taught English for 3 years now. I attended Baruch College, where I obtained a Bachelors degree in Communications. I currently travel and work remotely so I have tons of time to invest into my students.Me as a Teacher
I can relate to a wide variety of people and this ability to connect with my students draws out their full potential.My lessons & teaching style
I try to do a mix of activities in each lesson, focusing on different skills. So I will usually do one exercise on grammar, one exercise on vocabulary, and one or two exercises on a particular business skill like meetings, e-mails, presenting, telephoning, negotiations, small talk, etc. I also talk to you about your work week so I can give you feedback on your sentence structure and pronunciation, and simply to give you some speaking time.My teaching material
