I am a British native speaker who enjoys teaching English to adults around the world. I like playing the piano and I am an avid podcaster! I also enjoy learning new languages.
Speaking and writing as well as pronunciation are very important. I have worked in Business English settings as well as presenting my own radio shows in various countries on national channels. I also do "voice over" work for TV and radio as a continuity presenter.
I can help with issues around speaking, pronunciation and confidence. I also do IELTS, CAE, coaching as well as supporting you with English Exams, grammar and correcting written work.Me as a Teacher

I want to empower your communication skills to the highest level possible. I will be empowering you to work alone outside the class by giving you daily exercises and written tasks to complete and return to me.My lessons & teaching style
Some people like talking, others prefer grammar. I try to make our lessons entertaining and fun. My aim is to take the conversations "higher" so that you can improve your vocabulary in written and verbal expression. I use my own books in the lessons which I have written to help you grow in your knowledge. I will give you these when you need them.
I want to see you you speaking with clarity and I will be encouraging you to speak the best at all times by looking at your breathing, intonation and linking and blending your words.
Students with an attendance rate of less than 50% over a package or period are automatically blocked from future lessons to make room for more reliable students.My teaching material

I just had my first class with Joseph, and it was great! I'm already booking the next one! I think that if you're involved in a learning English journey, Joseph can be the perfect mate! He's witty, he has a great conversation, and he has the radar on to detect the weaknesses and strengths of your english. And most importantly, you'll feel so comfortable with him! I also think that he is perfect for all levels, but, if you are around B1/B2/C1, hands down, you will enjoy SO much the class! Thanks a lot, Joseph!
