Is fior thoil leam na leasanan Gaidhlig agam le Steaphan! 'S e tidsear air leth a th' ann! (I love my Gaelic lessons with Steven. He is an exceptional teacher. Do not hesitate if you want to learn to speak Gaelic. That's what I love about our lessons--he MAKES me speak by asking questions he knows I can somewhat understand and makes me push my limits.)

Steven provided a series of pictures for me to describe and encouraged me to practise using a variety of verbs in the past tense. It was a really useful lesson in trying to be more ambitious with verb choices and use different types of sentence for descriptions.

Nice teacher very adaptable who has clear educational goal for each lesson but is ready to make room to answer questions that are not part of the lesson and explain grammatiacal and/or custom issue behind each student's question. A very enjoyable learning experience

Steven is such a great Gaelic teacher! I feel very comfortable making mistakes and learning from them in his classroom. I highly recommend Steven to beginners in the Scottish Gaelic language - he gives me plenty of time to speak and explains in detail the "why" behind grammar and pronunciation :)

Steven's lessons are always enjoyable and informative, encompassing practice of a range of language skills. Recently, a focus on reading and idioms has been improving my comprehension as well as confidence in production.

He taught me some words and phrases that were interesting to me. 'Dia an thoiseach' (God be willing) ' 'S E Bheatha' (Your Wellcom) As well as teaching me the more literal meaning of these phrases 'Dia an thoiseach' Witch mean's something along the lines of God is in front I belive. and ' 'S E Bheatha' It's His life, His meaning God's. I love that he taught me the more literal meaning of the phrases I think that language and language differences are really interesting and I'm looking forward to the next lesson!
