Hi! My name is Beatrice, I'm 26 and I live in Rome.
I love languages (in fact I studied English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Bengali) and I love teaching as well! My goal here, is to help you learn Italian (my native language) in an innovative and fun way, focusing mainly on conversation (but not only!). because yes, everyone can speak Italian!
About my studies: I graduated in oriental languages at La Sapienza and got the bachelor's degree "Lingua e cultura italiana a stranieri per l'accoglienza e l'internazionalizzazione" of the University of Rome Tor Vergata.Me as a Teacher

I have always been passionate about teaching and I worked in an italian school for foreigners in the centre of Rome.
During my classes, I like to create tailor-made lessons that aim to bring out the skills of each student.My lessons & teaching style
I use a communicative approach, which consists in talking about different topics and situations that are very close to reality and, most of all, situations you may face if you go to Italy. In my lessons (frontal and participatory) I like using authentic materials (texts of italian literature, maps, advertisements, train tickets...) and proposing activities that stimulate you to practice the language in contexts that are very close to reality. I can also speak English and a little French and Spanish.My teaching material

I would highly recommend Beatrice for beginners in Italian, she is very patient and I feel okay to make mistakes. When I don't understand something she first tries explaining in another way in Italian and gives me time to think instead of instantly changing to English which I appreciate as this will benefit my language learning in the long run. I am looking forward to my next lesson!

Lessons with Beatrice are great because they do not feel laborious and boring. The way she integrates learning with real life conversations gives the students opportunities to both improve their grammar and vocabulary, but also learn about contemporary Italian culture.
