I'm a certified and committed teacher originally from Barcelona. I've lived in many countries and I am passionate about languages and culture. I'm a polyglot who speaks 10 languages and an enthusiastic learner with a deep interest in history, literature, art, traveling, and current affairs.
With 12 years of face-to-face teaching and 7 years online, I've helped all sorts of students worldwide, tailoring my approach to their needs.
I studied Language and Literature at the U. de Barcelona and Cardiff U. and I hold teaching certificates from the most reputable institutions, as well as Proficiency (C2) certificates in most of the languages I speak, ensuring a high standard of teaching.Me as a Teacher

Her lessons are always tailored to you on topics that you’ll find interesting and that will get you speaking. She has a broad range of tools to help you through anything you may encounter.
She is incredibly flexible at adjusting and finding the best way for you on difficult subjects. She is incredibly consistent at encouraging you and will help build your confidence as you work through your linguistic journey.
If you speak multiple languages, her polyglot experience is a real fun experience, that you need to try!
Lastly, Cristina does an unbelievable job at making her classes feel very comfortable, whether you’re just beginning, or you have some previous experience. She’s an amazing 1 on 1 coach.

I have taken hundreds of lessons learning many languages with several language teachers. I was very lucky to find Cristina. She is extremely knowledgable, she is intelligent and knows well where you are coming from in your language learning. Her lessons are enjoyable and it saves a lot of time having a teacher who can direct you the right way. Without a doubt the best teacher I’ve had.

Out of the 20+ language profs or tutors I've had online or in schools, Cristina is by far the most organized, attentive, positive, and intelligent.
After about 10 classes with her, I gave her a problem I'm having in both French and Spanish and she found me great material to teach me *two languages at once* with grace. The exercises were perfectly challenging but she was clear the whole time about how to correct my errors and kept checking in with me that I understood everything. At the end, she gave me strategic advice as to how to continue forward with the topic solo and/or together.
The organizations of her classes are always perfect (quick conversation of warm up, the majority of the time challenging you with interesting material, a wind up to make sure you understood it all) and she keeps checking in with me to see what is hard or easy or helpful or not.
My classes with her is probably some of the best money and most productive time I've spent on language classes.
