Hello there ,I'm Declan, a native and qualified English teacher from Ireland. I am a Celta (Cambridge) qualified English teacher and I hold an honours Business degree with the University of London International School.Me as a Teacher
With 15 years of experience, I’m a passionate English teacher dedicated to improving language skills for diverse learners. I use creative, effective methods to engage students and help them achieve their goals. I am currently teaching English in Mexico City and have previously taught English in Madrid, Spain and my home city of Dublin, Ireland.My lessons & teaching style
In my conversation classes I help students improve fluency and become more confident using the language. Error correction is essential! I correct any mistakes and work in an encouraging and supportive way to help reach objectives. I try to choose topics that are fun and engaging and always make sure that the student does most of the speaking!
IELTS, FCE, CAE are exams that I have helped lots of students get the result they needed. The speaking, use of English and writing questions are the focus in these classes. I also suggest useful vocabulary and provide material for students.

Declan is a very good teacher, he changes the methods when is necessary (he notices it), he does a good balance between grammar classes and conversation classes, that’s why I’ve been doing English class with him for 4 months and I maintain it every week.
