I have been teaching Japanese since 2023.
Before becoming a teacher, I was a software engineer in Tokyo for two years.
Before that, I taught math, English, and science to junior high and high school students at a cram school for 4 years.
私(わたし)は2023年(ねん)から日本語教師(にほんごきょうし)をしています。
講師(こうし)になる前(まえ)は2年間(ねんかん)東京(とうきょう)でソフトウェアエンジニアをしていました。
その前(まえ)は塾(じゅく)で中学生(ちゅうがくせい)と高校生(こうこうせい)に数学(すうがく)、英語(えいご)、理科(りか)を4年間(ねんかん)教(おし)えていました。

I offer the following two types of classes↓
1. conversation practice class
2. grammar study classes using textbooks for beginners
1. In the Conversation Practice Course, you will have a basic conversation in Japanese only to improve your conversational skills and check your current Japanese level. I'll adjust the speed and difficulty.
Let's enjoy talking about daily events, hobbies, and anything else! We can also read Japanese news articles and discuss.
2. In the grammar course, I will use a textbook called "Genki" and work through the textbook with you while giving you homework assignments. If you already have another textbook, please let us know in advance.My teaching material

Fantastic lesson, we talked about my recent trip to Malaysia and Singapore. Even though I rescheduled the class for one hour and has bad network at office, Yusuke sensei is very friendly and patient. Highly recommended If you want good Japanese learning experience!

My lesson with Yusuke was the first time I spoke fully in Japanese. Yusuke was very patient and even though I was very much a beginner in Japanese conversation Yusuke was very encouraging and gave me plenty of opportunities to try and practice speaking in Japanese

This is my second Japanese lesson with Yusuke San. He is really attentive and asked my example scenario questions and for me to answer it in Japanese. It really helpful when having daily everyday Japanese conversation. There be time I would make a mistake and Yusuke would help me correct my speaking. Highly recommend him as your Japanese teacher!!!

Yusuke sensei is really good and patient with me. Even though I am a beginner he let me talk as much as possible. Going over the Genki 1 book is a great way for me to learn new vocabulary and grammars so I can begin to speak natural everyday Japanese conversations. For sure 👍 recommend beginners if they are trying to learn Japanese. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Yusuke san!!
