Hi! I’m Chris, a native British English teacher specializing in IELTS and Cambridge exam success. With over 8,000 lessons taught, I help students like you sound natural, boost confidence, and ace tests. My lessons will help you achieve your goal of being fluent, reaching profiency level, reducing your accent, sounding more natural and improving your vocabulary through stimulating conversation on a wide range of topics. Exam technique is as important as ability when taking IELTS or Cambridge exams, I can help you raise your score.
My lesson style is relaxed and informal, I will help you feel more confident and less nervous when speaking. I allow students to speak as much as possible but I also listen very attentively for grammar and pronunciation errors and will help you to reduce mistakes through clear explanation and example sentences. My lessons & teaching style
I am flexible about the content of the lessons and try to structure them according to YOUR needs. I will initially assess your level, and focus on reducing weaknesses so that you can see a clear improvement in your level and self confidence.
Technique is vital to pass standard exams like IELTS and Cambridge. We will practise technique together and I will give feedback on your answers and offer suggestions on attaining a higher test score.

Professor Chris is very attentive and helped me a lot with my IELTS preparation. He asked me challenging questions for my exam (which were very appropriate), and he also helped me expand on my ideas and reflect on my answers.
