Ken Aballe

Ken was very clear with his lessons and very relatable in social contexts. Introducing informal slang and teaching when to use which phrases in certain situations is exactly what you need when talking to other native Filipinos. If you want an instructor on how to sound like a local Filipino, he's definitely the one! I will definitely book more lessons with him. Highly recommend!

Ken is great at breaking down and explaining exactly why words and phrases are being used to help you completely understand how to formulate sentences. He's been great!

I enjoyed my first lesson with Ken. His English is very good and that made it easy for him to explain things to me, as English is my native language. He is very knowledgeable in Cebuano and I am sure anyone wanting to learn this language will be very satisfied with his teaching. I look forward to future lessons!

First lesson with Ken was great! Initial lessons are always not easy given that within the time allotted there is a matter of assessing the student's knowledge. But Ken quickly realized what I did know & I expressed what was and wasn't familiar to me.
