Hi! I’m a native Korean tutor, born and raised in South Korea. I’ve been teaching for a long time, and now I’m living in Germany, continuing to share my love for the Korean language.
I also worked at the Office of Education in Korea, where I helped migrant workers and students from multicultural families. Through that experience, I had the chance to interact with people from different backgrounds, which sparked my passion for learning languages. So I can better understand the challenges of learning a new language and make Korean more easier and enjoyable for you! In my lessons, I usually offer homework if you’d like, this will help you stay on track! I usually recommend two lessons per week for the best results, but we can also adjust to once a week with homework depending on your schedule. Our classes will be in Korean and English, but if needed, I can give quick explanations in Chinese, German, or even a little Russian to help you understand better!
I teach beginners to intermediate learners. If you’re an adult learner looking for steady, regular Korean lessons, we’d be a great match!

Studying with 소람씨 has been far better than I thought expected. During our trial lesson we discussed my goals and what I was looking for in lesson. Soram understood that I wanted plenty of conversation practice, so she created a lesson plan centered on speaking. She is kind, funny and encouraging. At first I was so scared to speak Korean in front of here but now I no longer have that fear. Our first actual lesson was great, i left the lesson feeling excited for the next.
