Hello! I'm Asami 😊
I’m from Gifu, Japan, and I occasionally spend time in the UK. I love travelling and have visited countries like the UK, Italy, France, Denmark, and South Korea. Exploring new cultures inspires me, and I enjoy sharing my experiences with students!
In my free time, I enjoy reading manga, learning about history, and relaxing in Japanese onsens. If you’re interested in Japanese culture, food, or travel, I’d love to chat with you!

With 11 years of experience in fashion retail – including 7 years as a store manager – and time as a head receptionist at a dental clinic, I’ve developed strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach. I'm used to supporting people with different needs, so I’m happy to go at your pace.
Mistakes are part of learning! My lessons offer a relaxed, supportive space where you can practise with confidence.

I use plenty of pictures and visual aids, so even complete beginners can follow along easily.

Start with Hiragana, Katakana, greetings, and key phrases. I use Minna no Nihongo 1 & 2.

Improve fluency with relaxed conversations. Practise listening and speaking confidently.
📗 Travel Japanese
Learn key phrases for restaurants, shopping, and transport. Gain confidence in real situations.
