▪️ My schedule is adapted to my in-place jobs, but it also works on demand. You can request a specific date and time and I'll try to open that slot for you. No compromises! Just ask.
▪️ I enjoy working with the language of my students' specific fields.
▪️ I'm finishing my 🌐 translation degree at FaHCE, UNLP (La Plata, Argentina). I'm most interested in legal translation and translation in the social sciences and humanities.

An educator's role is to get you going towards that endless horizon: that is, to set you in motion. You can always keep moving: you can always learn more. This implies that my role is basically finding a way to keep you going. Also, education is about becoming MORE CAPABLE AND INDEPENDENT every time. I helped carry out several projects, from a football tournament to CV-making talks for teenagers. I also volunteered to repair public places.

TranslatorI am a freelance translator. I have translated mostly legal texts (birth, death, and marriage certificates, divorce judgments, contracts, education documents and diplomas, etc.), technical and scientific texts (in hard sciences, social sciences, and the humanities), and some literary texts (from different authors from English-speaking countries). Legal translation is my top specialty.

Tomás is a very good teacher. He is intelligent, kind, and encouraging. I like his willingness to help me improve within the structure of discussing topics that interest me, and I like his way of correcting the things I write. My Spanish is improving from working with him. It’s satisfying to get results from fun lessons which I always look forward to. His fluency in English is useful as well. I’d suggest working with Tomás on Spanish or English to anyone, but I can especially recommend his Spanish lessons to native English speakers.
