About Me

My name is Marion, I live in Toulouse, south of France, Occitania.
When I was younger, I traveled a lot. During my travels, I learned several languages and since then, I speak a little Serbocroatian, Slovenian, and pretty better Italian, Spanish and English.
In 2006, I founded an association in Toulouse that helps people to learn languages and find partners to practice them. I lead there conversational workshops in French.Me as a Teacher
For 16 years, I teach occitan and esperanto, volunteer or as employee in a language training center. I runned for 6 years online training, I regularly teach courses of all kinds. I do not have a university education, I learned as we say "on the job" but I'm very interested in pedagogy, I like to read, to explore and train myself on the subject, I like to experiment with new techniques and I always try to improve myself.My lessons & teaching style
I use different approaches and a wide range of activities and documents, depending on the expectations and goals of my students. I like working beyond language on their strategies and motivation. I try to make my classes attractive and useful and the feedback of my students is often encouraging.My teaching material

Wonderful, effective, interesting and enjoyable lesson as always! :)
I can´t express how grateful I am that she is teaching me Occitan.
She solves my problems in grammar, expression and pronunciation and we practice conversing.
I like the polite way she corrects my errors without interrupting the dialog.
It´s so fascinating when she clarifies the regional linguistic differences which is a tremendous help for anyone learning Occitan.
There is a cozy, stress-free, and encouraging atmosphere in class. I always look forward to our lessons and leave them motivated.
Needless to say, she is an amazing teacher and I really appreciate taking classes with her.
