About Me

Outside of the classroom, I love playing tennis, reading and travelling as much as possible. I have a great interest in discussing the differences and similarities between different cultures. I now live in London with my very spoilt English Bulldog. I was educated at the University of Bristol and had an excellent three years there, with a further year in Madrid, Spain. Growing up in England and moving to Spain as a teenager has given me a first-hand account of what it is like to learn a new language. At first, I found it difficult to learn Spanish as a new kid in a new environment that was very different to England. Whilst I was there, I met the most amazing Spanish teacher who really helped me and was patient and kind. Over time, and with a lot of hard work, I was able to speak Spanish fluently and I still travel back to Spain a lot to see my parents. I have tried to do the same as this teacher did with my own students. I try my best to make my students feel comfortable in class to express themselves whilst also challenging them every week.My lessons & teaching style
I have a wide range of materials that cater for all levels. I have experience teaching adults, teenagers and children. I have material that is great for kids that has a clear syllabus and progression. We can talk through progress together and find out what your goals are with English. I have experience teaching business English and I am always willing to help with public speaking and presentations. I can always tailor my classes to your needs.My teaching material

Oliver is a great teacher. I can assure that he is very professional, patient and is able to make the class really enjoyable. I am very pleased with our lessons since they perfectly meet my needs. I wanted to improve my vocabulary and conversation skills so we always talk about a wide range of interesting topics and do different tasks in order to practise new words that come up.
