Danilo

I have had six Swedish lessons with Danilo and by far made the most progress with him as compared to any other tutor (and I’ve had quite a few). Having lived in Sweden for 4.5 years and trying to learn Swedish many times, this is the first tutor who makes me feel comfortable speaking in my broken Swedish. Danilo always has a lesson plan which is tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, and he knows how to push me to improve. I would highly recommend Danilo if you’re looking for a language teacher.. he is very skilled and professional.

Danilo is such a great teacher! His gentle, encouraging approach, with conversation and corrections, verbal and written, has taught me so much Swedish - from zero to really expressing my thoughts in less than 100 hours! I look forward to our lessons every week.

Danilo is just a great teacher. He is very reliable and easy to communicate with. He is always well prepared and he tailors the lessons to my needs. He can explain things in such a way that it is easy to understand. He gives you confidence and constructive feedback.

My trial lesson with Danilo was great - he quickly understood the challenges I'm having with Swedish and gave explanations or corrections that really helped me understand some simple tweaks that will help me speak with more confidence. I look forward to further lessons with him.

Danilo's teaching has grown and adapted over the years with me and he's a master at keeping the conversation going while also picking up vocabulary and teaching points to tease out and bring back into the lesson to make my Swedish better, more realistic, and based in genuine communication.
