Josh is a professional teacher with an avid interest in helping students to improve English. During the lesson, I gained a deep understanding of new words. He gave clear explanations and examples of the new words and encouraged me to make sentences with them. He helped me improve my pronunciation and have a deeper understanding of the use of words with similar meanings. Looking forward to learning from Josh in the next lesson.

Josh teacher are good at chinese, so chinese students can conversation with with him fluently.I like him as my english teacher. I have gaind a lot and made some progress. Thanks for Josh teacher.

It was really helpful that he can speak both English and Chinese. I'm learning both languages, so when I couldn’t explain something in English, I used Chinese instead. Even though I wanted to say everything directly in English, sometimes Chinese words would come to mind first, which made me more nervous to speak English. It felt like my brain was broken. But I practiced speaking English without hesitation. If my brain was full of Chinese, I just spoke in Chinese, and he translated it into English. This way, I learned how to express myself in English. To be honest, I’ve always struggled to express my opinions to English speakers because of this. I would either say nothing or simplify my opinion to make it easier to say. But thanks to Josh, I feel more confident. I can't wait for the next session with him. Thank you!
