Hi everyone! My name is Chloe. As a full-time Cantonese tutor, I have taught over 2700 italki lessons (mainly Cantonese lessons). I am a patient and passionate tutor who is always thrilled to be a part of my students' learning journeys! Born and raised in Hong Kong, I am a native speaker of Cantonese. Besides, I can teach Cantonese in English, Mandarin, Japanese or Cantonese depending on your preference.
By the way, I am living in Japan with some travel experience in different parts of the country. So if you are interested in Japanese cultures or travelling in Japan, I would be eager to share with you my interesting stories and fascinating experiences! :)
Me as a Teacher
毕业于香港中文大学，主修翻译系，具有多年中(粵/普)英翻译及教学经验。
- Each Cantonese character will be romanized in a learner-friendly form called “Jyutping”, e.g. nei5 (you), zou2 san4 (Good morning.)
- Majored in Translation at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
- 7+ years of experience in conducting one-on-one Cantonese classes for daily conversations, Travel Cantonese Dialogues, business communication, etc.
- Explain grammar rules, vocabulary and listening skills logically.
- Available for classes on italki classroom or Skype from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., from Monday to Friday, Hong Kong Time.
