Hello, I’m Carlos Reyes. I’m 31 years old and I’m from Veracruz, Mexico.
I consider myself a responsible, cheerful, and honest person, always thinking positively.
Teaching is my passion. I’ve been teaching Spanish for over 5 years, and it’s something I truly enjoy. Seeing my students’ progress as they learn Spanish motivates me every day to become a better teacher and keep improving my teaching methods.
I love movies, traveling, food, exploring, video games, music, pets, and singing; these are the things I usually do in my free time.

I’m a very responsible person. When it comes to teaching, I always try to give my best to convey knowledge in the most effective and simple way possible. The best part of teaching my native language is that I have fun doing it, so you’ll always find joy in the lessons; there will never be a shortage of laughter.
I enjoy helping others with their pronunciation, answering their questions on various topics, and giving them advice and tips to help improve everything related to the language. However, I know that Spanish, like any language, can have its tricky moments, and it’s exactly during those times when I can honestly say I’m very patient with people, especially because I’m also a languageMy lessons & teaching style
In a fun way, I share my knowledge of the language with people who have questions or simply want to improve their Spanish. I always strive to adapt to the student, identifying the areas where they need to strengthen their language skills, recognizing how they learn, and finding the best way to teach them what they're looking for.
Nowadays, technology allows us to make learning easier, so I don’t hesitate to use all these tools to make the student's learning experience more meaningful.

Excellent class structure! Carlos does well with taking the lead and guiding you through conversations even if you are uncertain on how to talk about certain topics. He is very good at asking simple questions that keep the conversation going but also challenge you to think and speak reflexively. You will find yourself problem solving and speaking about concepts in Spanish that you did not think you were capable of, and Carlos' methods make it so that you can do so without fear or anxiety! Great teacher!

Carlos is an excellent teacher! I'd highly recommend him if you want to learn with someone that knows what he is doing as a teacher, but also a class that feels like you are talking to a good friend. Definitely one of the nicest, most upbeat and interesting teachers I've had. Our one hour classes fly by because the conversation is so interesting. Although I'm writing in English (to help those that can't read Spanish so well), I have an advanced level and Carlos notices even the smallest details to make sure that I sound natural when I'm speaking. Looking forward to the next class amigo :)
