I had a disappointing experience. Josh initially confirmed the lesson, but just before it was scheduled to start, he suddenly informed me that he had made a mistake and couldn’t teach the class. He promised to reschedule. As a new user, I wasn’t sure how to proceed; I assumed that since the teacher canceled the lesson, I didn’t need to do anything and the payment would be automatically refunded. However, a few days later, when I opened the app, I saw that the payment for the lesson had been processed. I tried contacting the platform’s customer service but couldn’t reach them, and Josh didn’t respond to my messages either.
