Since I was a little girl I've wanted to see the world, to meet interesting people and to learn about their lives and the places they live. I remember bursting into tears the first time my grandmother showed me a globe because I thought it was too big! How would I ever see it all? At that moment a dream had been planted that would lead me on many adventures and direct me to a career that would help me make that dream a reality. The opportunity to teach English changed my life. Not only can I meet people from all over the world, but I can also finally do unlimited traveling thanks to the ability to teach online! It's amazing and I can't wait to meet my next student! Many of my memories growing on a darm were happy ones. However, I dreaded every school day as my classroom was generally a negative environment. When I became a teacher I remembered how difficult it was to learn like that and it became my goal to be open, fun and friendly. I believe in building a relationship of security and trust with my students; a nonjudgmental environment with a spectrum of materials relevant to their abilities and needs is the best way to achieve this.My lessons & teaching style
Are you ready to share stories and discuss interesting topics that change daily? Do you like to be challenged with just the right amount of support? Do you like to laugh and feel like your with friends? Learning a language should not be stressful. In fact, quite the opposite. Studies have shown that people learn languages better when they are enjoying themselves. Which is why my lessons are light and entertaining. Now just because we have fun doesn't mean you don't have to work hard. Believe me, you will be learning everything there is to know about English. It's just that you won't feel like you have to force yourself to be there.My teaching material
