I have a degree in Languages. I graduated three years ago. I am from El Salvador. I have taught grammar and composition for 2 years at the university. I like traveling and learning about new cultures. I currently live in Dublin, the capital of Ireland. I like to play the piano and the guitar. I enjoy playing soccer and I am a nature lover. I am patient, energetic and a good motivator. I like to practice until the students feel sure and satisfied with their learning. I use technology to make the classes more efficient and fun. I am friendly and I can speak about any topic with respect. I accept feedback when necessary. I always let my student know the goal of the class, the structure before the class begins.My lessons & teaching style
My classes are interactive and dynamic, with activities and games that will make the class a memorable experience for the student. In general, my classes consist of Start, Core and closing, in other words, an activity to start, development of the topic, practice, evaluated exercises and a closing activity. The method I use usually depends on the type of student and their level of Spanish as well as the reason why the student wants to learn the language. I usually use the method called Active Learning, where the student has 70% participation in the class and the teacher is only a guide who help the student. I have many year in the customer service industry so I can help you in this field too.My teaching material

Jose is one of the BEST teachers on this app, by far. He knows exactly how to cater our classes together to my needs, while still making it fun and interactive. He’s extremely patient with me even when I’m being a total pain in the ass. He is also hilarious and will definitely make you laugh. I’ve learned so much in a short period of time, and I have Jose to thank for that! 10/10 recommend!

Jose is a really nice and experienced teacher. He uses all kinds of different teaching material, such as little games and videos/pictures, which makes it easy to learn if you're a visual learner. He's very flexible to the schedule and really adjusts the lessons to your personal needs. I'll definitely continue to learn Spanish with Jose :)

Jose is really nice and a really good teacher. I never feel nervous or scared to try to speak Spanish. He helps me learn new words and I already see a big difference in my speaking and understanding. He has PowerPoint presentations with a lot of examples and practice to help you learn. If you can, take a class with Jose!

Jose is a great spanish teacher and I highly recommend him. Very good lesson plans and supportive. Even if you have very little memory from spanish or no background, Jose brings you upto speed very fast.
