I am an experienced lecturer and translator specialized in XIX century French novel. Although literature is my greatest passion, I am also interested in language didactics and acquisition. In my free time I play the guitar and practice martial arts.
Having such a vast experience in acquiring different skills, I developped a deep understanding of the process of learning.Me as a Teacher
I believe in learning by practice - listening and conversation. Of course, some regular exercise can be of use, but the most important thing in learning process is to become an autonomic participant of communication.My lessons & teaching style
My idea of a good lesson consists on explaining complex grammatical problems and structures while having a regular conversation. I don't want you to feel like learning intensively, as you might do for your maths exam. Learning language is a whole different thing. And I want you to see your mistakes and spelling errors as a necessary part of the process.My teaching material
