About Me

I'm a qualified teacher who has vast experience of dealing with kids, teenagers and adults of different levels (from beginners to advanced students). My students have successfuly passed Cambridge English Exams (YLE, KET, PET). I've also completed a course in teaching Russian as a foreign language. Before I started my career as a teacher, I'd been working as a translator in Economics/Business, that is why I can assist you with Business English/Russian.
I believe that the key to effective learning is focusing on learning objectives. For that reason, I find out about student’s goals first, so I could do my best while preparing our lesson.My lessons & teaching style
I prefer to use the immersion method (without the use of the student's first language) to overcome a language barrier and produce the real life communication. There are various interactive games, authentic materials in my lessons to make the process of learning languages more engaging.

Tatyana had a really well-structured lesson that was personally tailored to my knowledge with fun games to help consolidate what I had just learned! I would really recommend her lessons as she makes you feel comfortable to speak Russian straight away and is patient while you think of the right words.
