My name is Dr. Hannah Stevens and I am a writer with a PhD in English and creative writing. I have taught around the world in universities and worked with organisations including the BBC, the British Embassy and Greenpeace. My second book ON THE BODIES OF STRANGERS will be published in 2025. My first book IN THEIR ABSENCE was released in 2021 and has been translated in to a Bulgarian edition. I am originally from England but currently live in Taiwan.

Brilliant, we talked about the chapter of “wedding” of the midnight’s children. In this chapter, Rushdie revealed the answers to many foreshadowings he put in the previous chapters. Fascinating!
