About Me

About me, I am a Russian language teacher with a degree in philology. After graduation I worked as a Russian High School teacher for the better part of 3 years. I then moved to Istanbul, Turkey where I acquired the wonderful Turkish language and began to teach Russian as a foreign language. My lessons are not only for Turkish, but all English speakers also.Me as a Teacher
I love to teaching, to explain the unexplainable in accessible language. According to my students, I can easily convey what was difficult and incomprehensible before me. I develop lessons individually for each student depending on his or her requirements and needs.
Teaching is a great passion of mine. Being able to help a person understand something new is worth every moment. And with all my years of teaching experience, it still surprises me how much any of my students can accomplish with a combination of the right attitude and willingness to learn.Also I understand that every student is different and requires an approach that is suitable to their own level of understanding.My lessons & teaching style
My style of teaching is individually-oriented towards your goals as a student. My lessons contain grammatical materials, practice blocks and feedback (exercises).
For beginners I use a unique approach to language learning. Similar to how a child learns his/her own mother tongue. During lessons you will start to speak without any grammar routines or memorization.
For intermediate students, I can show you the easy ways to remember difficult writing rules and help with pronunciation.These lessons will include grammar exercises and classical Russian literature reading. Also we can talk about Russian culture and the culture of Central Asia in order to better practice your Russian.My teaching material
