Hello, I'm excited to teach you English as I love studying language and speak several of them. I was born and raised in the United States in the state of California and have traveled to over 30 countries across the world. I currently live in the Philippines with my loving wife and son where I teach and tutor English. I'm also a published professional writer.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching for over a few years now and have helped over 100 students improve in their English speaking and understanding. I am also a writer who has several published pieces from short films and commercials to newspaper editorials and even poetry and novels. I can help you expand your communication skills greatly as I am a creative writer and also have helped in business training courses as well. So from whichever path you want to go in learning the English language, I can help you.My lessons & teaching style
I focus on developing your conversational skills, because that is ultimately what you want to learn, to be able to communicate with others. I cater my lessons to the students needs though, so for beginners I'll focus more on grammar basics and for someone who wants to stick with a focus like business or writing then I adjust to that.My teaching material

Aphiah was a super nice and funny teacher. We talked a lot about travel, our countries and the differences in culture between them. I wanted to brush up on my English and let my pronunciation be rated, Aphiah was a great teacher to choose for that.
