My lessons & teaching style
I teach all kinds of learners from beginners, intermediate and advanced level. I also teach Swahili for those who want to learn for traveling or vacation. I always ask learners to explain what outcome they would need to attain, so I use simple notes, audios, short stories, simple grammar, audio visuals, you tube etc. I help learners practice speaking the targeted language. I categorize my teaching into grammar, vocabulary, language use & conversation.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Pius. He is very engaging and really helped me access my french vocabulary from when I learned it as a child. His style is very collaborative and fun.

He keeps giving me the middle finger. I take the hint. Best to him!

Good lesson! I got a lot of vocabulary, but there is a lot of vocabulary I need. We talked about religion and politics. I get tired of the middle finger.

Wow! I've taken many lessons with many teachers in many languages but Pius---he is the best that I've seen. He was so patient and helpful, he knew exactly how to keep the conversation flowing naturally. And it was a funny lesson! 😅 I absolutely loved talking with him and his charisma.
Ukiwa Mtanzania anayefikiri kupata somo nae, fanye tu basi! Hutajuta, huyu akifundisha kifaransa vizur kama hufundishavyo kiswahili, usiangalie zaidi.
Asante mwalimu!

Pius is very kind, patient and easy to understand. He takes the time to know that you understand what he is teaching before moving along with his next lesson. I like how he uses the call in a response method to assure that you understand how to pronounce thethe words.
