Shrujan Rajdeep

Shrujan is a very professional teacher. We only had few lessons but I can already feel I am progressing faster of what I expected. He is well-prepared and the lessons are dinamic. I highly recommend Shrujan if you want to learn Marathi. Rubén

Shrujan's class was very informative and he took time to explain the finer details of the phrases we were learning. I was very impressed with the class and learned a lot.

In my trial lesson Shrujan used an animated kids video in Marathi to judge my skill level. I really appreciated that the language in the video was close to my level so that I could understand quite a lot. Then we wrote a short story about 3 birds. Shrujan helped me with the vocabulary I didn't know but let me take the lead in formulating the sentences. For me it was also really great to receive positive feedback when I successfully made a sentence or corrected one of my own mistakes.

I love Shrujan. Such a patient, understanding, kind, teacher. His classes are easy to understand and he is very accommodating to your skill and needs. Very easy to get along with, I always find myself in a better mood after his classes.

If you want to learn Marathi with structure and understanding of why things are said in a certain way then I think that you will do really well with Shrujan. For example, compared to English things like respectful vs informal and gendered nouns are new and at times challenging. These subjects are covered in detail in the lesson. He took the time to listen to my concerns and give feedback on my learning. I will be taking more lessons to improve my understanding of Marathi as well as my speaking skills.
