Hiyori 日和

I had a great lesson with Hiyoriさん. Hiyoriさん is really good at asking questions and keeping the conversation lively and fun. Hiyoriさん also helps me when I get stuck and can't say a word or sentence in Japanese. She's able to understand my English immediately. I'm very thankful that Hiyoriさん not only just provides transcribed words and phrases during the lesson, but also an aggregated list at the end of the lesson. It's so easy to copy the list over for input into a flashcard application or for review later.

As always, Hiyori 先生 is the best! Thank you for helping me (and for being so patient even though I cannot read even the most basic kanji😅).

I always have a wonderful time working with Hiyori. She's is amazing at explaining difficult grammar in a clear and easy to understand way. Plus, she's super easy to talk to. We get carried away with talking, it's so fun but also it is great conversation practice! I am always looking forward to the next lesson. Thank you!

Classes with Hiyori are always enjoyable. She manages to create lessons that are fun as well as educative, meaning I always leave her lessons in a better mood than I was prior to the class. It's really nice to be able to see that I am getting better and better after every lesson. As someone who is interested in the Osaka dialect, having a native Osaka-ben speaker as my teacher has been a great experience. She speaks both Osaka dialect and standard Japanese, making her an amazing teacher even for people who have no interest in delving into one of the many dialects of Japan. Hiyori also speaks English and is more than happy to help you in English if you ever get stuck. I couldn't recommend her more :) 日和さん、今までありがとうございました！

Hiyori was very kind, energetic, and she guided me through the trail well (even with my broken Japanese). I am looking forward to more lessons with her :)
