Hi, my name is Sunny and I am 37 years old. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and I currently reside in Atlanta, Ga. I have a bachelors degree in Journalism with a minor in Sociology. I am also TEFL certified. I've been teaching ESL online for over 3 years now, and it has been a joy. In my day to day life, I am an Academic Advisor at a University where I assist students with career guidance and course selection. Some of my favorite things to do in my spare time is photography, skating, writing, reading and learning Spanish. I also enjoy traveling, teaching, and meeting new people from around the world.Me as a Teacher
I am a very patient teacher who will take the time to tailor each lesson for each individual student. I enjoy teaching kids English through fun interactive games and lessons. It is also a passion of mine to help adults and teens gain confidence speaking English by discussing topics of their interest. I am dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience for my students. I will help you learn formal and informal English so that you are ready and prepared for various speaking interactions; including interviews, test, travel, work, casual chat, etc.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons can include conversation practice, interactive learning, real life context, visual aid, test preparation, personalized curriculum and positive reinforcement to motivate and inspire students. I will provide articles, podcasts and videos if requested, to assist with our conversations. Young learners will play interactive games to help keep them engaged while learning.My teaching material
