After two and a half years of taking lessons almost every week with Regina, I figured it was time to write a review. Regina is one of the best teachers that I've ever met and it is because of her patience and way of explaining things that an entirely new world has opened up for me. We had a review class today looking at all the pronouns and how and when to use each. I really needed this a it felt like it was a bit of a hole in my understanding, but Regina, brilliant as ever, helped me to fill in those blanks and managed to answer all my questions about the grammar clearly and concisely. Today was my 25th lesson and about 14th hour with Regina and I'm feeling like in another 14 or so hours I should be becoming a fairly proficient speaker of filipino. ............... well, that's my aim anyhow.
