About Me

I am a polyglot from Italy, with a MA in Translation. I have been teaching Italian and Latin full-time since 2010. I offer French and English lessons to Italian speakers, and I can also teach you Venetian!
I am known as "the Euroglot", since I can speak 10 European languages. I also have a basic knowledge of a dozen more, maybe yours too!
I love travelling and have visited many European countries and Morocco so far. I enjoy getting to know new people and cultures. I am a member of Postcrossing: it's a great project if you want to make new friends and improve your language skills.

My classes will boost your language level and cultural awareness. We will do this through a balanced mix of different activities, such as conversation, text analysis, written compositions, and other exercises. These can vary depending on your needs or your weak points.
I can provide you with all the learning materials you need.
If you commit to taking regular classes (ideally, at least two per week if you are a beginner), you will soon notice dramatic improvements in your written and oral expression.

Michele is a wonderful language teacher! Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge and experience, but more importantly he knows how to distill concepts into manageable pieces. We are starting fresh with Italian which will be my fourth language and I'm very happy with the progress we have been making!
