That’s why my approach focuses on active skills like speaking, listening, and reading. I’m sorry, but I don’t teach children. I can’t present the material in a way they would understand.

I have been working as a public university teacher of Czech for foreigners over 18 years. I also worked in language schools and I have a lot of experience with one on one lessons. My students have been from all over the world.

Thanks for understanding!” I have more than 6 years of teaching experience. I’ve been teaching students of different ages (1.5-24-years-olds) and different nationalities (Czechs, Chinese, Koreans). And I’ve been teaching three different languages: Czech (University students), English (mainly kids in kindergartens and training centers) and Chinese (high school students and individual classes). So don't worry about your Czech level, we can also use English or even Chinese during our classes or if you need I can help you with improving your skills in these two languages as well.

V minulosti jsem vedla skupinový kurz češtiny pro cizince a moc dobře si uvědomuji, jak náročné může být začít se učit nový jazyk v dospělosti nebo v cizím prostředí. Moje výuka je zaměřená na praktické využití jazyka v každodenních situacích – ať už se potřebujete domluvit v obchodě, na úřadě nebo při práci. Každou lekci přizpůsobuji vašim potřebám, tempu a jazykové úrovni. Učíme se pomocí rozhovorů, čtení, poslechu, a pokud je zájem, i psaní.

From my experience, the best lessons are the ones after which we both can see the results. That DOES NOT mean we have to correct all the mistakes you do - learning is a process and we are just humans. Sometimes it is just better to appreciate the fact that we got out of our comfort zone and somehow managed it. The next time it will be better!
